Were you looking for a cure for hypertension? There is no cure for hypertension. If there was a cure for hypertension then it would imply that there is something wrong with you. There is nothing (no-thing) wrong with you. What you are experiencing is your body talking to you. So focus on listening to your body and stop focusing on trying to find a cure for hypertension. Focus on your health and do not focus on a cure for hypertension. Feel healthy and health will follow.

I understand that when you are out of balance hypertension can develop in your body. I also understand that it can be difficult to take your attention off the hypertension and put it on health. Here is a suggestion: Surrender the hypertension to God/The Universe.
How to surrender hypertension to The Universe
Pray: "Dear God (The Universe) I surrender this hypertension to you in
gratitude." Whenever your mind reminds you that you have this
hypertension you ask The Universe "Is there anything related to the
hypertension which I surrendered that you tell me to do at this
time?" If the answer is "no" then go to the third step. If
the answer is "yes" then do what The Universe guides you to do.
