HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE
AND SOLUTION

high blood pressure diet other diseases cure for high blood pressure
high blood pressure

Another word for high blood pressure is hypertension.  Hypertension is when the blood pressure of the blood pressing against the walls of the blood vessels is abnormally high.

Blood pressure is represented as a pair of numbers.  The first number is the systolic pressure which is the pressure exerted by the blood when the heart beats, forcing blood into the blood vessels.  This first number indicates blood pressure at its highest.  The second number is the diastolic pressure, which is recorded when the heart is at rest in between beats, when the blood pressure is at its lowest.  Normal blood pressure readings for adults vary from 110/70 to 140/90.  Readings of 140/90 to 160/95 indicate borderline high blood pressure.  Any pressure above 180/115 is severely elevated.

This website focuses on how to reduce the symptoms of disease, in this case high blood pressure, through diet.  The symptoms of high blood pressure are made worse by, and sometimes caused by, food allergies.

Foods that aggravate symptoms of high blood pressure include milk, wheat, corn, refined white sugar, and coffee.  For information on some of these common food allergies click here.  Essential fatty acids in the form of fish oils, flaxseed oil, borage oil, black currant seed oil, hemp oil, or evening primrose oil can be helpful in balancing your body when you have high blood pressure.

Call Monica Levin today at 248-656-2505 for food allergy testing in Wixom, Michigan.  If you cannot make an appointment in person you can also have an online appointment.  To determine your own food allergies follow the instructions in Monica Levin's book "Your Answers Are Within".
