Muscle Testing for
Food Allergies
Monica
Levin
uses muscle testing
(also referred to as Applied Kinesiology) to determine
her client's food allergies. Monica uses one muscle in the body to get
answers about which foods the body wants and which foods the body does not
want. This method of food allergy testing is an accurate and non-invasive
way of evaluating the client's body.
When Monica Levin does the food allergy testing she finds a muscle that is
usually strong (she uses the deltoid muscles, i.e. the arm) and it becomes
the testing muscle. The client sits in a chair and stretches one straight
arm horizontally in front of them. Monica instructs the client to resist and
then presses down on the arm. Monica then notices if the arm holds up to
being pressed down (hence resists and is strong), or if it gives in and
becomes weak. A strong arm is assigned to mean "yes" and weak arm to mean
"no".
Once Monica has the "yes" and "no" answers she then has the client hold
vials which contain food concentrates. The client's arm muscle will either
be strong (indicating that the food is good for them) or weak (indicating
that the client is to avoid that food substance).
Monica Levin has been gifted with the ability
to intuitively help people with their health. Monica guides her clients to
health by telling them which foods to avoid (hence food allergy testing),
which supplements to take, which remedies to take, and so on. Her intuitive
ability makes it possible for Monica to be able to coach people at a
distance or in person.
Monica
Levin teaches her clients how to listen to Divine guidance. She often
refers to this process as "talking to your angels". In order
to do
food allergy testing Monica leads her
clients through a series of questions for their angels. Angels will also
answer other questions and Monica leads her clients through the questioning
